The European Regulations EU 2016/679 (hereinafter Regulations) establish certain standards concerning a person’s security according to personal data processing and the free circulation of the same. In compliance with the transparency principle foreseen by art. 5), we inform you that all data collected through the compilation of the form at the page “Richiesta di informazione” (Information requested) or by the voluntarily submission of it to our e-mail address from the information page on our site, is qualified as personal data. Purpose and legal status of the processing:
Personal data provided by the contractor(register, contact data) will both be used via paper and electronic means, for the following purposes:
1- Providing requested information, giving quotations and managing booking requests;
2- Sending newsletters.
The provision of personal data for the aims specified at point 1) is an indispensable requirement in order to carry out the contractual and pre-contractual measures that have been requested. The non-provision of the same will consequently make it impossible for the undersigned to deliver the service.
The provision of data for the aim referred to at point 2) is optional and based on the contractor’s consent, which may be revoked at any time without difficulty.
Categories of recipients:
Your personal data, closely related to the aims mentioned above, might be transferred, within the EU, to the following destinations:
Those authorized to process the same;
Suppliers (for requirements of site management or e-mail providers);
In order to acknowledge the Data Managers involved, you may address the holder of the data processing at its contacts as listed above.
Outside of these subjects your data will not be transferred to third parties, except in the cases clearly foreseen by International Law or the European Union.
Personal data needed for the aims seen at point 1) will be retained for the entire duration of the contractual relationship as well as subsequently, according to the rules on preservation of administrative documents for the fulfilment of all financial, accounting and administrative law obligations. Personal data concerning point 2) will be preserved for 2 years unless revoked-
Rights of the person concerned
As contractor, you will at any moment be in a position to exercise your rights (Art. 15-22 of the Regulations) simply by sending a fax or an e-mail to the contacts above. In particular, you will have the right to request:
Access to your personal data
The amendment of the same
The cancellation of the same
The limitation to its processing
The right to oppose its processing
The right to its portability, that is. the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used format, legible through any automatic device.
Claims to the Supervisory Authorities
